Web Developer - Marketing Engineer

About Me:

Hi, My name is Anuj Sharma. I am a web developer/marketing Engineer. I live in Cumberland, Rhode Island (USA) and work in Southborough, Massachusetts (USA). I graduated from CSU Fresno with Masters in Computer Science in Fall 2006. I am in computer industry for over 7 years. I also do freelance web development.

My technical skills include HTML, CSS, jQuery, Java Script, PHP , AJAX, Drupal (CMS), Wordpress (CMS), XML and MySQL. I also have experience in embedding major social media assets (like Facebook , Twitter, linkedin , Flickr and Google+) into WebPages.

My Philosophy:

"Web is a great place to connect the world. My goal is to make efficient websites with intuitive user interfaces which are quick to load and easy to use. Business world could be more profitable with the blend of Marketing and Technology."

While developing any website/application, some of my main focuses are on:-

• Good & consistent user interface (UI) across all browsers, operating systems and mobile devices.
• Efficient Performance for websites/applications which leads to lesser load time (helpful especially for mobile devices).
• SEO (Search Engine Optimization) - Search Engines like google, bing and yahoo should be able to find the website quickly.

I also think that with the arrival of technologies like HTML-5 and CSS-3, we are going through very exciting time in the field of web development and front end engineering.
